Meet Becky

Juniper HR was founded by Becky Timberman, an experienced HR leader who has spent her career working alongside leaders and employees in fast-moving, people-intensive organizations. Her background spans healthcare, manufacturing, and the service industry, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to lead people when the work is demanding and resources are limited.

Becky believes HR should be useful—not bureaucratic. Her approach combines sound HR practices with candid guidance, manager coaching, and a strong understanding of how people decisions affect the business. She created Juniper HR to give small businesses access to experienced HR leadership without having to build a full internal HR department.

For Becky, the goal isn’t simply to solve today’s HR problem. It’s to help owners and managers become stronger leaders, build healthier teams, and create businesses where good people want to stay and grow.
